The project consists of the construction of the new university Valle d’Aosta campus inside the former Caserma Testafochi (Testafochi prison).

The project was intended to meet all the functional needs requested, by interacting at the same time with the city in terms of total permeability of the area. Volumes have been arranged in order to ensure the view over the surrounding landscape from the inside, by privileging the relation with the new university square.
